Practice: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday at 19:00 - 20:15 hrs at the Kailua District Park Pool (21 South Kainalu Drive, Kailua, Oahu).
Monday and Wednesday practice is short course (25 yd) with the team using 6 to 7 lanes of the pool.
Thursday practice is long course (50 meter) with the team using 3 to 4 lanes of the pool.
Attendance varies at practice, but usually there are 2 to 5 people swimming per lane at all practices.

Team strength: The Club currently has 40-50 members.
Eligible members: Anyone 18 years and older who have an interest in swimming.
Our club supports all swimming levels.
